Refund Policy

Real Estate Launchpad is a digital education product. Because access to the course materials is provided online, purchases are generally final once course access has been granted.
When a refund may be considered
A refund may be considered if there was a duplicate charge, an accidental purchase where the course was not accessed, or a technical access issue that cannot be resolved after reasonable support. Refund requests should be made within 7 days of purchase.
Approved refunds
If a refund is approved, course access may be removed immediately. Any refund timing may depend on the payment processor, bank, or card issuer.
Non-refundable situations
Refunds are generally not available after meaningful course use, video access, account sharing, or completion of substantial portions of the course.
Separate services
Course access is separate from any real estate brokerage, agency, representation, consulting, mortgage, legal, tax, or financial service. Any separate professional service, agreement, or form process may have its own terms.
